The AgForestry Annual Graduation Celebration and Silent Auction

About the Graduation:
Each May an amazing group of participants completes the two-year AgForestry Leadership Program. At that time, the Foundation is honored to welcome those leaders to the impressive rank of AgForestry Alumni. To commemorate this exciting time the Foundation and our special sponsors present a Graduation Banquet and Silent Auction. A celebration to mark the commencement of each participant’s continuing leadership journey.

The Graduation Banquet is a time for alumni, board members, investors, staff, family and friends to gather together, share our admiration of a job well done, and congratulate the new graduates on their tremendous accomplishment.

The celebration starts with a reception that offers a splendid networking opportunity to renew friendships and advance acquaintances. During the reception a silent auction is offered for your enjoyment and to encourage your ongoing support.

Following the reception, a scrumptious dinner will be accompanied by a sampling of Washington wines. An entertaining program is planned, which includes the presentation of awards and introduction to the new graduates. A fun tradition during the program is for each of the previous Leadership Classes to stand and be recognized. Will your class be represented?

Proceeds from the Graduation Silent Auction fund the Graduation Banquet and ongoing educational programs for participants.

About the Beneficiary:
The AgForestry Leadership Program provides leadership training and networking opportunities that support healthy natural resource industries and communities through enhanced understanding, education, and empowerment of future leaders. AgForestry is a dynamic leadership organization, incorporated in 1978, and is celebrating over 31 years in the state of Washington. The program presents a series of 14 seminars over a two-year period, which is designed to broaden a participant's knowledge base and skills and to motivate its graduates to serve as leaders, presenters, and facilitators. Every participant is already a leader who is eager to acquire more knowledge and stronger skills, and our graduates serve as leaders in government, industry, the private sector, and as elected officials at the local, state and national levels.
